The Gift of the Tao Qigong movement form was developed by teacher Michael Lomax for the western people. Michael utilized his vast experience with Qigong and input from the Chinese Masters in the form’s development. Simple to practice but with a strong emphasis on energetics makes the Gift of the Tao a truly great Qigong movement system.
